Program Background: This Management and Organizational
Leadership program addresses the needs of adult, working students who
want to complete their Bachelor's degree in a manner that is convenient
yet challenging. It is designed to be completed in 18 months, and to provide
students a curriculum, including basic concepts, that the student can
build upon in their future experiences. Students enter the program in
cohorts, which enables them to cooperate and share professional and personal
experiences along the degree path, developing a valuable support system.
Application Requirements: You must have at least 62 semester
credit hours or 93 quarter credit hours to transfer into the program from
an accredited institution and an overall grade point average of 2.0 or
higher. You can earn up
to 30 semester hours by completing and submitting for review a life-experience
portfolio.
You should have at least five years of professional experience.
Program Restrictions: This program incorporates various
course delivery methods, including online courses and tradition, classroom
courses.
System Requirements: You should have a personal computer
with a 90 MHz Pentium processor and Windows 95/98/NT or a Macintosh OS
8.1 or higher with at least a 605 PowerPC processor, 32 MB of RAM, a 28.8
kbps modem (or higher), a sound card, speakers, RealPlayer software, an
Internet Service Provider (ISP), an e-mail account, and a Java-capable
Web browser.
